Refrigerated Solutions Group (RSG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Lusk as key account director, effective April 1st.

Lusk brings more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice equipment industry, with a strong track record supporting national account customers and complex, multi-location programs. In this role, he will focus on strengthening RSG’s partnerships with key chain accounts and helping customers navigate evolving operational and regulatory demands.

Prior to joining RSG, Lusk served as a national account manager at ITW Food Equipment Group, where he managed a portfolio of national chain customers. He previously spent nearly 15 years with Franke Foodservice Systems, holding a range of leadership roles across account management, program development, and market strategy.
